1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 24 to 48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification via SMS / Email / WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location across India:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Special / Remote Locations: 6 to 9 business days.

(Note: Deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, festive rushes, or regional transport restrictions.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Applicable shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you make a payment.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping offers may apply on orders above a specified cart value as advertised on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you can track it in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation message/email.

5. Damaged Packages & Wrong Deliveries

  • We pack every item with multi-layer bubble wrap and strong outer boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  • If you receive a box that is visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the package from the courier executive.

  • In case of any damage or missing items inside an accepted parcel, please record an unboxing video and notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
